KMTC 7TH STAKEHOLDERS CONNECT MEET AT KERALA VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY, 14 JULY 2023

On 14th July 2023, The 7th KMTC Stakeholders Connect Meet (SCM) was held in collaboration with Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) at their campus in Thrissur, Kerala. The event aimed to bring together key stakeholders from the Kerala MedTech ecosystem to share knowledge, foster collaborations, and explore advancements in the field of Medical Devices and Technology. With the theme “Advancing Medical Device Development: From Animal Studies to Preclinical Success,” the SCM sought to address critical challenges in the field and contribute to elevating healthcare standards.

The Stakeholder Connect Meet was inaugurated by Mr. APM Mohammed Hanish IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Kerala. His presence added significance to the event and showcased the government’s commitment to the advancement of medical technology.

The SCM witnessed enthusiastic participation, with around 80 attendees, including stakeholders from the medical technology industry, researchers, academicians, and government representatives. This diverse representation ensured valuable insights and perspectives were shared, contributing to the success of the event.

The event featured nine speakers from prominent organizations, including sessions from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, and Bylin MedTech Pvt. Ltd. These experts shared their research, experiences, and innovative solutions, creating an atmosphere of learning and inspiration.The SCM included interactive panel discussions that facilitated engaging conversations and networking opportunities among the participants. These discussions allowed stakeholders to exchange ideas, explore potential collaborations, and address industry challenges collectively.
