Kerala made a significant impact at Arab Health 2025, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious events for healthcare and medical technology. Spearheading the state’s participation, the Kerala Medical Technology Consortium (KMTC), in collaboration with KSIDC, showcased Kerala’s thriving MedTech Cluster Ecosystem through a dedicated Kerala Pavilion. The 60 sq.m booth hosted six co-exhibitor companies from Kerala, each highlighting cutting-edge medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare solutions to a global audience. This initiative was aligned with the Government of Kerala’s vision to position Medical Devices and Life Sciences as sunrise industries, supporting the larger goal of establishing Kerala as the Medical Devices Hub of India by 2032.

Arab Health 2025 proved to be an exceptional platform for business networking, fostering investments, and forming strategic partnerships. KMTC facilitated numerous high-level engagements with investors, technology collaborators, and global industry leaders, driving Kerala’s aspirations to emerge as a leading hub for MedTech manufacturing and R&D. The event also spotlighted key industry trends, such as the growing demand for localized MedTech manufacturing within the GCC region, the increasing significance of medical value travel, and the rising focus on wellness and rehabilitation technologies. Kerala stood out prominently as the only Indian state with a dedicated pavilion at Arab Health 2025, reaffirming its leadership in India’s MedTech sector. This marked the third consecutive year of Kerala’s participation at Arab Health, a sustained presence that has effectively elevated the state’s profile within the global MedTech community.

Looking ahead, KMTC is steadfast in its commitment to ensuring Kerala’s continued global visibility at premier MedTech events, including WHX Dubai 2026, to further bolster the state’s position as a rising global MedTech hub. These efforts aim to attract more investments, foster collaborations, and spark innovation, firmly establishing Kerala as a leader in the MedTech industry.
